Our story

With over 30 years of experience, Pan Construction Inc has been a trusted name in the Southern California Chinese community. From its humble beginnings as Longridge Corporation, our company has continuously grown and delivered exceptional results.

Under the leadership of T.C. and Tim, we have successfully completed projects worth over $600 million, serving Southern California with a focus on new construction, tenant improvements, and remodeling.

Founded in 1983 by T.C. Pan, we quickly established ourselves as one of the largest general contractors in the community, completing projects valued at over $20 million annually. In 1998, with Tim Pan joining the team, we transformed into Pan Construction Inc, positioning ourselves for success in the 21st century.
